Back in January 2012 we talked about a retro style platformer called The Other Brothers which is fairly heavily inspired from the classic platformers from back in the day such as Mario Bros. The theme of the game may sound similar since it will feature two plumbers going to help a damsel in distress.
Jellyvision Games will be bringing the 2011 edition of the hit party quiz game You Don’t Know Jack for iOS is being remade and revamped as a cross-platform game and is coming to Android soon. The developers have been hard at work and along with the new app there is already a few new episodes ready to go when it launches.

A lot of us used to read (and play) these choose your own adventure books back in the 1980’s in a series called Fighting Fantasy. For those of you not familiar with what these are, these were fantasy themed books where you would read through the book flipping to different parts of the book based on the choices you make in the adventure.

Lately there has been a big push to freemium and free-to-play games where a lot of gamers don’t mind it while others despise it. It seems as though Konami is making moves to make their Pro Evolution Soccer franchise a freemium one over being the current straight up paid games it originally was.
