If you take the game Paper Toss and blend it with larger, generally more solid items and stick an animated co-worker in front of you are your target, you will have the game Office Jerk. Hexage just displayed a screenshot, via Twitter, of a game they are currently working on. Even though it was just a single screenshot, it already looks like it will be a great game. Hexage tend to release really great games on Android and this new one looks like it will be sporting that retro glowy graphical look similar to EVAC.
There are a few seriously good poker games available for Android such as Zynga’s Live Poker. A company called PlayPhone also has a fairly successful poker game simply called PlayPhone’s Texas Hold’em. Having already 2million downloads under their belt from iOS, this new poker game has now landed on Android as well.
One of Glu Mobile’s newest freemium games for iOS, called Contract Killer, will be making the jump to Android as well. Currently being shown off at Google I/O 2011, Contract Killers is an FPS (First-person shooter) where you are a sniper and you fulfill contracts to kill bad guys.
Tap Tap Revenge has been waiting to come out on the Android platform for awhile now and thanks to Google actually having in-game purchasing go live today, Tap Tap Revenge (a.k.a Tap Tap Revenge 4 or TTR for short) is also now available for all you music-loving gamers out there who enjoy Guitar Hero style games.
Last night Google decided that it was time for in-app purchasing to leave the final testing phase it entered last week and go fully live. Also to help with the launch, a few developers have released games featuring in-app purchases already. Of course they were all games which is fine with us! It’s good to see this finally available for everyone.

The major one is the ability to allow in-app purchases.
A major part of being successful in the mobile gaming industry is actually making some money off your product whether it be through ads, paid downloads or in-game purchases, revenue is important. You can have the greatest game in the world but if you can’t pay your bill, you can’t support your product.
Chillingo awhile back dabbled in the Android Market with a few titles and while those titles were mediocre at best, Chillingo is looking to re-enter the Android-sphere in the near future. A large part of this can be given credit to EA which recently purchased Chillingo for $29 million. What was once exclusively iOS is no more.
