Over the past few days there have been a few games that have been released as a soft launch specific to certain countries in like Canada, Australia and a few others, order to test to make sure they are all running good. Two of these games we’ve talk about in the past already, covering their inevitable release onto Android, and both are being published by EA. These games are Dungeon Keeper and Heroes of Dragon Age. The third game is actually from LucasArts called Tiny Death Star.

You may remember back in April of this year we talked about Ubisoft who had announced that a new Prince of Persia game would be arriving soon called Prince of Persia: The Shadow and the Flame. While we didn’t have an exact release date, we were just told that it would be ‘coming soon’. Well now we have an exact release date for when this game will arriving onto Google Play.
For those of you who are actually eager to get your hands on the port of this classic Sega game, some new information has come to light about it. Sonic CD, while already available to anyone who buys an Android tablet at GameStop, is set to release onto Android this December.
When I first saw this game, it reminded me of another game I used to play called Tradewinds. I really enjoyed that game, sailing the seas, plundering, trading, battling…well Age of Wind 2 by Galapagos is just as fun. We have been playing this game for weeks and still are not done. I have to fight my sons for time on the game too!
Just to round off Adobe’s recent update to Flash which is providing Honeycomb support and performance improvements for non-Honeycomb Android devices, Adobe Air just had its update released onto the Android Market this morning as well. Included in this update is Honeycomb support, so all your XOOM owners should be happy now.
