The 2016 Kickstarter for Mars Underground nears its end. Mars Underground is the story of Mars’ first day at a new school. It’s also the same day the world ends. And he’s stuck in an infinite time loop reliving it over and over and over like the film Groundhog’s Day, by way of two of the most beloved SNES games of all time, Earthbound and Chrono Trigger.

Zut Games have developed a peculiar puzzle game involving the rearrangement and organization of tiles on colored mosaics into ordered spectrums titled I Love Hue. I Love Hue was designed specifically for seeking serenity with no timers, no move limits, or punishments for failing to find solutions. Its beautiful minimalism is meant as a gentle and relaxing experience for players to sink into.
Annelids, developed by Michael Srb, was released onto the Play Store to generally positive reception some time ago. I’m here today to briefly recap on the game and discuss the recent update. Although it’s titled “Christmas Update”, this brings some very welcome permanent multiplayer love.
Taichi Panda (Snail Games) updates their MMORPG with fresh content for all! There are some holiday goodies, both visually and functionally. Cubemetry Wars is an upcoming game from indie developer called Ghulam Jewel and will actually be their first release onto Android. This particular game is an arcade title where you’ll be controlling a green cube, with the goal being to collect the blue cubes while avoiding the red ones.
Snail Games just released a new content update, titled the “Glorious Escape”, to their mobile martial arts game Age of Wushu: Dynasty. Currently live, it has plenty of post-holiday goodies to enjoy in what’s usually a slow week. Among the new features are the usual game optimizations and bug fixes.
R2 Games has announced that they are currently working on getting their newest game out onto mobile devices in early 2017 called Heroes Evolved. This particular game is a MOBA title that was originally released for PC, but is now getting ported over to mobile with reworked controls and other mobile centric features.

Fans of the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise may have another game to sink their time into in the near future. Scott Cawthon, the developer behind the franchise, originally announced FNAF: Sister Location for PC, with no real mention of a mobile version back then. However, it appears that he’s been working on a mobile version as it look like the mobile version is getting closed to being released.
There’s a new game for funding over at Indiegogo, Thermidor. It’s currently under development by HyperDevBox Japan, and it’s touting itself as a Tactical JRPG with Western styling. It’s set at the beginning of the French revolution, 1789. It will be available for mobile, Windows, Mac, AndroidTV, and Linux.
Capcom apparently decided to follow up their news from the other day regarding the upcoming release of the original Megaman 1-6 games for mobile devices. If you missed this news, Capcom announced that they will be porting over the first six Megaman games to mobile devices. Each one will be sold individually.
