Interesting news just coming to light regarding a Trademark filed by Motorola regarding the word/name “Stadia”. According to PocketNow, Motorola usually just lists things like ‘Cellular Phone’ in their Trademark filings but with this particular one, it goes into detail, specifically about hand-held gaming in a few ways. We did some digging to find out more.
Supermono Studios, developers of MiniSquadron, announced yesterday via Twitter that the Special Edition of their popular game has completed development. While details on exactly what the Android version of the ‘Special Edition’ of MiniSquadron will contain, if it is anything like the iOS version, we are in for a lot of fun.
Since we announced a week or so ago that Spearhead Entertainment was releasing another great looking RPG called Mana Chronicles, a lot of people have been waiting for it. Well good news, the wait is over and a day early at that! While the official release date was supposed to be tomorrow, Dec. 15th, it has been released today.
It seems like the Dreamcast Emulator, nullDC, which is being worked on by “drk || Raziel”, is making some steady progress. While still in the really early stages of development, the developers have gotten a couple of games to run on it. One of the games happens to be one that everyone wants to play, Crazy Taxi! It seems we don’t have enough emulators just yet for Andorid and developer “drk || Raziel” is working on curing that little issue with a Dreamcast Emulator for Android. Currently they have the nullDC BIOS booting on a Samsung Captivate which means actual games being playable should be possible in the very near future.

The possibilities for this become very clear in regards to gaming if you give it a minute to roll around in your mind. Go ahead, think about it for a second.
OrangePixel makes some great retro-style games for Android and their newest titles, Super Drill Panic, is set to be released onto the Android Market within 2 weeks. A remake of their original Drill Panic game, Super Drill Panic adds new twists to the game such as traps and obstacles to dodge, coins to collect and more. Check out the official trailer below.
A couple of days ago some specs were leaked out about the upcoming Motorola dual-core tablet, dubbed the Everest. Well new information has come to light regarding this great looking tablet along with the confirmation of specs previously leaked out. December 11th, 2010 has come and gone. It was the first official worldwide Angry Birds day where Android, iOs, and any other mobile platform with Angry Birds came together to celebrate the game that has cost the world millions in production time at work.
