Along with today’s announcement of Tegra 3, nVidia was generous enough to show everyone their new roadmap regarding chipsets for Android. We get to see two new names pop up on the usual chart layout for their roadmaps and the possible performance gains each one brings is almost scary. Say hello to Logan and Stark.

Rumor is going around about the just leaked HTC Edge Android phone which will apparently have a quad-core Tegra 3 chip stuffed inside of it. Originally the Asus Padfone was rumored to be the first quad-core Android phone but now new information is pointing to that device being stuffed with the Snapdragon S4 chip instead.
When it comes to gaming, at least in the PC gaming world, it’s always nice to have the latest and greatest hardware. To a degree this holds true to Android as well considering there is a lot of similarities between the two. Android gamers who like to upgrade won’t have to wait long for that quad-core devices you’ve been wanting.
DigitalTrends happened to stop by the Rockstar Games office and managed to get a bit of a hands-on preview of Grand Theft Auto 3 for mobile, specially this time on an Android quad-core Tegra 3 (Kal-El) tablet. It was being shown off at New Yorks Comic Con but on an iPad 2 only as far as we know.
Just in case you didn’t have enough games to look forward to like Shadowgun, Blowfish Studios has decided to add one more to the list for your to drool over at that is Siegecraft THD. This is a enhanced version of the hit iOS game that just came out for iOS.
Right now we are nearing the release of two new chipsets for Android devices, both of which are quad-core. Qualcomm S4 is slated for release sometime in 2012 while nVidia’s Kal-El (Tegra 3) Chipset will start appearing in tablets within the next couple of month while phones will start appearing in Q1 2012.
If we were to guess which manufacturer would have the first Kal-El tablet leaked, we would have said Motorola or perhaps Samsung, maybe even LG. What we wouldn’t have said was ZTE but apparently that is the case in what has been leaked out of China.
Before the doors even opened for E3 to start, we met up with Madfinger Games, developer of Samurai II: Vengeance and the upcoming game Shadowgun. We got a chance to sit down with them and have a good talk as well as get some hands-on time with Shadowgun.

The other day Madfinger Games, developers of the awesome action game Samurai II: Vengeance, announced their upcoming title for dual and quad-core Android devices called Shadowgun. Since then many media sites have been labeling it as one of the most graphically impressive games for Android.
