Madfinger Games’ upcoming game for dual and quad-core Android devices called Shadowgun gets a little hands-on fondling.

The other day Madfinger Games, developers of the awesome action game Samurai II: Vengeance, announced their upcoming title for dual and quad-core Android devices called Shadowgun. Since then many media sites have been labeling it as one of the most graphically impressive games for Android.

If you haven’t been drooling over Shadowgun since we posted about it, you may want to start now after watching the two videos below. While the videos below are only showing it running on a dual-core tablet, it is still visually impressive to say the least. Take that and add in the extra power of Kal-El (nVidia’s quad-core chipset), especially after seeing Glowball on a quad-core tablet, and you have the possibility of an amazingly impressive game visually.

Shadowgun is set to release when the first quad-core tablets land on the market for public consumption. On the dual-core Android tablet they are playing Shadowgun on, it is really console quality graphics so just think of how amazing this will look on the quad-core devices. We are heading to E3 next week and if this game is there for hands-on play, you can bet we will record it and show everyone what it looks like, hopefully on a quad-core device.
