Back during Computex 2011 a game development company called iNiS showed off a game called Euphoria on a Tegra 3 quad-core Android tablet. While the game was essentially a tech demo at the time, similar to Soulcraft back during CES 2011 except now it’s coming as a full THD game, it seems as though iNiS will be bringing it to Tegra 3 devices soon as a full game as well.
Well here is a bit of a chance of pace when talking about the Xperia Play and games for Android. Sega has confirmed that, while the Sonic CD game is supposed to support game controlled, it will not be optimized for the Xperia Play, at least not right now.
Developers going by the name of Fatshark are bringing their PSN / PC title over to Android called Hamilton’s Great Adventure THD. This is a co-op puzzle adventure game where you will be playing as Ernest Hamilton, along with his bird Sasha, as you try to solve each stage using both character together.
Gamelion has put out some pretty high quality games onto Android such as Draw Slasher, I Must Run and Crazy Hamster. Today out friends over at Gamelion have let us know that they have a new dual-stick shooter coming our way soon called Monster Shooter which will be free-to-play.
Last week Gameloft sneakily unveiled that Dungeon Hunter 3 was heading our was in a video trailer for the Mac game called Dungeon Hunter Alliance. Apparently at some point today some leaked screenshots slipped out into the wild, according to Gameloft, so instead they decided to release a couple officially along with some concept art.
It looks as though Capcom’s Lost Planet 2 game could be heading our way for Tegra 3 Android devices. Included in all the stuff we got was a quote from Capcom who has apparently been testing the game on a quad-core Tegra 3 Android device. It looks like we could see this coming to Android very soon.
Nexon and their mobile branch, Nexon Mobile, isn’t a name we hear too much right now when it comes to Android games. This is about to change though as they are gearing up to release their Unreal Engine 3 built FPS (First-person shooter) game called Combat Arms: Zombies THD.
Now that we are out of the more technical announcements and are now talking about the meat of the subject, that being games, I’m sure you’re enjoying all these articles about all the seriously awesome games coming our way. Now you will be treated to a bigger preview of Bladeslinger and the Tegra 3 versions of Riptide GP and Shadowgun.
Back during CES 2011 we were at the nVidia press event where a game development studio going by the name of Mobile Bits. The game they showed off was called Soulcraft which we were smart enough to film the entire tech demo of. Since then a lot of people have been asking us when the hell it will be landing on Android? The answer is soon.
