Warspear Online has been out for a little while already and is another retro-style MMORPG for mobile device, including Android. Before now, you would have to pay-to-play Warspear Online but after an update that was released today for the game, Warspear Online it now completely free to play.

For all of you Angry Birds Rio fans who have been waiting patiently for the new update to arrive on the Android Market version, the wait is almost over. Rovio announced via Twitter that the update would be pushed out onto the Android Market by the end of the day on Friday.

Once a week, while the upcoming 3D MMORPG for Android called World of Midgard is being developed, we will do a recap of the past 7 days worth of news regarding this game. This is, of course, if it is general update news. The developers love to publish videos so combining it all into a recap-style post is much easier to enjoy.
While the Android Market does have it’s fair share of issues, one being piracy of games and apps, it is not often that we get to see the effects first hand. Unfortunately, we are given one situation where piracy is directly damaging one company. Pinyl Studios is close to bankrupcy because their first Android game is pirated so much.
Yesterday we got an exclusive preview into TibiaME by Cipsoft, a retro-style MMORPG for your Android device. Originally a PC MMORPG, CipSoft has basically taken the original game, made some crazy changes to make a mobile version and now it is available on the Android Market. If you dig retro RPGs then you’ll probably enjoy this game.
It’s not often we get to use the Epiic Fail picture twice in one week but Vodefone must like it considering what they have done. Yesterday reports were that Vodefone had their entire launch shipment of the Xperia Play stolen from some store in New Zealand. Well the cat is out of the bag and it turns out it was all fake. Bravo Vodafone.
