It was bound to happen at some point, and we have been saying it would for quite some time now. However, one developer has gone ahead and made it happen and that is the ability to play your PC games on your Android device no matter where you are over WiFi/3G/4G.

When it comes to cool looking indie games that feature distinct and unique visuals or gameplay, we love reporting on them. Games like Limbo are always great to see and play. A new one has landed onto the Android platform from Lycette Bros called SteamPilot.
From Software is a Japanese company that has developed some great games in the past such as Dark Souls, Demon’s Soul and are currently finishing up some rather large projects such as Armored Core V and Mobile Gundam Suit: Unicorn. Now they are contemplating their next move and it could be mobile gaming.
Fans of the Ice Age series rejoice! While a new Ice Age movie, Ice Age Continental Drift, will be breezing by this upcoming summer. Fox and Gameloft have announced a partnership to release a game based on the franchise.
Alright, we have a confession to make, we knew NBA Jam was coming to Android a few days ago thanks to a tip that it had shown up on their Flexion store for the UK. Well the good news is that NBA Jam is now available on Google Play as well as FIFA 12.

While the post could be defined as more of an editorial, possibly a rant on my part, news is that Square Enix doesn’t really consider US and European Android gamers as any sort of priority when it comes to their games and releasing them on Android. There is a fair amount to talk about today regarding the Amazon App Store for Android. Not only do we have a rather good selection of games on sale for this week during their usual weekly deals on Android games, but today’s free app is also pretty good and to top it all off, Amazon’s App Store is celebrating turning one year old.
We already know that Mass Effect Infiltrator will be arriving on Android soon from EA but now there is a Mass Effect 3 Live Wallpaper available for download off of Tegra Zone and Google Play. It seems nVidia and BioWare have teamed up to make this new Live Wallpaper.
