A new full sized RPG is heading our way soon called Tales of Illyria. For those of you who think this name seems familiar, it is and that is because the developers also have Tales of Illyria on Steam’s Greenlight program. However, if you don’t know about this game, Tales of Illyria takes influences from games like Oregon Trail but layers on a lot more RPG elements.

American McGee’s Spicy Horse Games has announced that they will be making a new Oz games and it is not the one that was canceled back in 2004 called American McGee’s Oz. So what will this game be? It is in the early stages of development and Spicy Horse Games hasn’t even narrowed down what genre it will end up being in.
Well isn’t this a tad ironic. After our post yesterday about Ouya which sent many of you, our readers, into a frenzy due to a comment about the Wii U, it appears that Nintendo may be looking at the possibility of supporting smartphone applications and games. Of course we’ve heard far fetched rumors before including the rumor that the Wii U actually was running a version of Android, or Nintendo was considering it at least.
Simos Games has been working on a full RTS game called Warlords RTS: Clash of Throne which has been in closed Alpha testing for the past little while. After a lot of work and improvements, the company has decided to finally launch an open beta for everyone who wants to try out this game and provide feedback on what can be improved.
Crescent Moon Games has released another title onto Google Play this morning called Monkey Boxing. As you may be guessing by the name of the game, you are a monkey who boxes against other monkeys for fame, glory, riches and bananas. In all seriousness though, Monkey Boxing has some pretty solid 3D visuals to back up its gameplay of monkeys beating on each other.
Not that we have a billion zombie games already, Bulkypix has released a new one onto Google Play that is a bit different from your standard zombie killing game. This is mostly because you will be using a soccer ball and a trashcan lid to take down any zombie that is in your way, and there are a lot of them since the entire world is now completely filled with zombies.
Kemco has released another retro style RPG onto Google Play this morning called Bonds of the Skies. While their last release was a trial run for the free-to-play business model, Bonds of the Skies goes back to the paid game model install. Like most of their previous released, Bonds of the Skies is a pretty big RPG title to work your way through.
Rovio has announced a new feature that will start rolling out to their games called Accounts. What this nifty little feature does is allow people who play any of Rovio’s games to save their progress at any time and pick up where they left off on another device regardless if it is a phone or tablet.
