We had a chance to swing by and meet up with Sega at GDC 2012 to check out what they had on display and for us to play with. One of the big questions we had was whether or not the mobile version of the Total War PC series was actually coming to Android. Well, we now know it is.
One game we have been talking about recently on and off due to rumors it was coming to Android is Super Monkey Ball 2: Sakura Edition from Sega. Back during the Sega Valentine’s Day sale, this game was mentioned as being discounted for Android even though it wasn’t available, at least not for North America and Europe.
Kemco has come out to release a new RPG title onto Android today called Aeon Avenger. Having been on the Android Market (now known as Google Play) for a very short period of time, only a few hours, it already has gotten quite the positive response from RPG fans out there.
Rovio promised an announcement for March 8th that would reveal more about their upcoming new addition to the Angry Birds franchise called Angry Birds Space. Google yesterday re-branded the Android Market and it is now called Google Play. For those of you with a keen interest in all things Google, you may realize that this name sounds very familiar. That is because it is the same rumored name for the Nexus Tablet apparently in production we recently talked about.

The much anticipated Temple Run game from Imangi Studios has been cloned and faked so many times before the actual game has been released onto Android that is should be awarded some sort of record. However, all your downloading of fake apps in hopes of a real one will be coming to a stop now.
Last night the Android Market got a little bit of a tweak thanks to Google regarding the maximum file size limit. Now developers are able to upload up to 4GB apps and games onto the market. That is just the overall size limit being increased though.
