Aside from having a rather entertaining studio name, Stressed Ape has released their newest game onto Android called Aces vs Aliens. Unlike a lot of ‘vs’ type games that usually end up being either some odd strategy/tower defense game, or a match-3 puzzler, this one happens to be a top-down arcade shooter.
So Lenovo has started a pretty interesting project, teaming up with developers Dark Rift and a bunch of other companies within the gaming community. This project is about crowdsourcing the development of an indie game, using the input from everyone involve to dictate how everything will turn out.
The newest closed beta for the cross-platform MMORPG called Albion Online has officially begun this morning. This closed beta also comes with all the additional content that had been added since the previous alpha testing phase. If you have any of the three Founder’s Pack, you will be able to access this closed beta. Before now, you had to have either the Epic or Legendary Founder’s Pack to participate in any of the closed alpha testing phases.
Lately Sega has been on the receiving end of a sort of love/hate relationship with mobile gamers on both major platforms. Sega has released some pretty fun games so far, as well as some pretty not-so-good titles. So lately mobile gamers have been a bit back and forth about their feeling for Sega. Well the company has a new game coming to mobile devices which is an Action-RPG called Fortisia. What’s even more interesting is that from what we have seen about it so far, it actually looks really good.
Black Friday is officially a week away and like the past few years Amazon has begun their sales early, changing Black Friday into Black Fri-week-long-sale-day that is a week early. Tales of Clicker Knights is an upcoming clicker-style game but unlike a lot of those type of game, this one has a lot of RPG mechanics involved as well. So while you will be doing a lot of tapping, it isn’t solely just a tap-fest as there is other stuff to do besides mindless tapping.

Deep Silver Fishlabs announced back in July of this year a new game that is heading to mobile soon called Stranded – Mars One. This game is being made in partnership with Tama Games and Mutant Games as well. Stranded – Mars One is nearing release and now interested players can check out some of the gameplay with this new trailer.
