Inspired by the classic (and one of my personal favourite) book by Herman Melville, the Fisch Moby makes for a tough catch. Similar to the book, you need to sail around the seas in hopes of catching one. Call me Captain Ahab as I guide you on where to find and how to catch one!

About Moby
Moby is a secret rarity fish found lurking in the waters of the ocean. Aside from being rare to come across, they are also hard to catch. When hooked on your rod, there will be a -95% progress decrease. However, when you do catch one, a cutscene will play out showing you pulling it out of the waters!
How To Catch Moby
The only time you can catch a Moby is during the Whale Migration Event. This has a 20% chance of happening when it rains, and it tends to last for about 15 minutes. Don’t worry about missing it, as you will get a server-wide notification letting you know it’s active.
During this event, 2 Blue Whales will spawn and start to move across the map, similar to the Orca Migration event. You don’t need to sail the seas endlessly, as they tend to be around Sunstone Isle or Mushgrove Swap.
The event ends when both Blue Whales have been caught, or when they have reached their destination. Fishing in the ocean during this event gives you the chance to catch Moby.
Moby Preferences
The Moby loves Squid as bait, so make sure to use some on your rod to increase your chances of catching it during the Whale Migration event. Aside from bait, it has a preference for summer, and no preferences for the time or weather. It all comes down to fishing during the event!
