About The Scurvy Rod
The Scurvy Rod is a fishing rod in Fisch, added in the Depths Expansion update. It appears as a rod covered with colorful bits of coral. It has the following stats.
- Lure Speed: 15%
- Luck: 50%
- Control: 0
- Resilience: 15%
- Max Weight Of Fish: 2000kg
Unlike some rods, the Scurvy Rod doesn’t have any special effects or mutations attached, it’s just a generally solid all-rounder rod. It has okay lure speed and can haul in a lot of the larger fish without much issue, though it doesn’t really have any area where it specifically shines compared to other rods around its level.
How To Get The Scurvy Rod
You can find the Scurvy Rod on the Forsaken Shores, the new island South West of Roslit Bay. Once you get there, you need to make your way inside the big skull on the cliff face. You should find some ladders near the pond that will help you climb up there.
The rod is now next to the pirate NPC Jack Marrow inside of the skull cave. It costs 50,000C$ to buy. This makes it a bit cheaper than the Midas Rod, in terms of cost, so worth considering if you have that sort of cash to spare.
