Back in October 2014 we reported on Amazon’s game development studio who happen to be working on three new games that would be heading our way in the near future. One of those games has now been released onto Amazon’s AppStore for their line of Fire tablets.
If you missed our previous article regarding this game, Tales From Deep Space is an action-adventure game where you can play as either E and CASI, or if you are playing with a friend then as both characters, and need to help them escape when Big Moon is thrown into lockdown. When playing in single-player mode, you will be able to switch out between each character in order to solve puzzles and defeat enemies that are standing in the way of you escaping Big Moon. In multiplayer, each player controls one of those characters who must work together.
Tales from Deep Space Features:
- Co-op: Play as E and CASI either solo or co-op on two Fire tablets over wi-fi.
- Puzzle: Solve fiendish puzzles and explore every inch of Big Moon Spacestation.
- Action: Fight dangerous battles with a variety of weapons and upgrades.
- Story: Unravel the nefarious plot behind the mysterious “Meek” uprising.
- Multiplayer co-op available exclusively on Kindle Fire HDX and all 2014 Fire tablets.
As of right now there is no word as to whether or not this game will be released for any other devices outside of the Fire tablets. If you happen to own of Amazon’s Android tablets, you can pick up a copy of Tales from Deep Space for $6.99 off of Amazon’s AppStore.
