If you’re into card games and love Disney then this new game combines two of your favourite things. Disney Solitaire has landed on Android, and it’s SuperPlay’s latest collab with Disney Games. The game is free to play and lets you discover magical card levels.
The game is out globally and the collaboration marks the first game release following Playtika’s acquisition of SuperPlay. In case you need a brief intro of them, they are the creators of Domino Dreams while Playtika has dropped many successful poker and bingo games on mobile.
What’s Fresh in Disney Solitaire?
Apart from the vibrant Disney characters, the game stands out in one other area. Instead of the usual deck-and-drag format, it takes the classic TriPeaks solitaire setup and throws in power-ups and puzzle-like mechanics.
There are over 75 characters pulled from Disney and Pixar stories. You’ll find familiar faces like Simba, Elsa, Moana and even Remy from Ratatouille as you unlock new levels.
Each round plays out in postcard-style backdrops in Disney Solitaire. It lets you jump into iconic scenes from The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Coco, Up, Frozen, Toy Story and more. The more you win, the more locations you unlock.
You’re Not Just Playing Cards
You also collect and decorate Disney and Pixar-themed puzzles between matches. And if you log in daily, there are challenges and special events with rewards up for grabs.
