NCSOFT has kicked off global sign-ups for the closed beta test of Limit Zero Breakers. The CBT will go live on PC and Android in Q1 2026. Registering now will let selected participants try the anime-inspired action RPG early.

Player feedback from the closed beta test will influence what the launch build of Limit Zero Breakers looks like

The devs have rolled out new key art and a gameplay trailer for the upcoming CBT. The game is a skyfaring adventure, where you join the Breakers. They’re a crew of explorers travelling across the clouds on a formidable airship while chasing down clues to the Archive of the Gods.

The team’s journey threads through floating islands, abandoned structures, and ancient myths. Set in the airborne regions of Seraphia, you’ll assemble squads of Breakers with distinct fighting styles. There’s real-time action, ancient dungeons, and outsized enemies.

The emphasis is on reactive play. Timing dodges precisely, catching parries at the right second, and sending back counterattacks. Break Mode offers a more cinematic addition, turning certain finishes into dramatic moments that punctuate the rhythm of a fight.

Mixing complementary or opposing elements can create chains that erupt across the battlefield. The game also includes 3-player boss raids for coordinated attacks and shared survival against scary creatures.

The narrative seems interesting

In Limit Zero Breakers, each Breaker boards the Weaverwhale with a personal wish that pushes them onward. The search for the Archives of the Gods, a place rumoured to grant any desire, takes them through territories of divine forces and angelic rule.

You’ll stumble upon different stories within the main story. One of them follows a Breaker girl on the Weaverwhale who crosses paths with a boy suffering from complete memory loss. The game looks like a good combination of action and emotion.
