After more than three months of its launch, mo.co finally opens for everyone to play! Yep, Supercell’s MMORPG mo.co has removed its pesky invite-only option. You no longer need to apply for an invite, wait for it and then scan the received QR code to get in.
mo.co opens for everyone to play!
After launching on March 18th this year, the game was letting in only invited players. You needed to register through the website, get invited by players above level 5 or grab giveaway codes from the game’s official socials.
Fortunately, all of that is in the past now. The invite system has been scrapped, and anyone can dive into the MMORPG right away. So, I guess, July can be considered the game’s actual official global launch month!
Luna, one of the mo.co co-founders and Head Hunter, dropped the good news in-game. New players can join the game’s official Discord channel, mo.co-recruits, to bring more hunters on board. Luna, along with Jax and Manny, would be making recruitment videos too, soon.
So, are you going to try it now?
In mo.co, you hunt Chaos Monsters who invade Earth from parallel worlds. You take down bosses, upgrade your gear, and collect Chaos Shards. You can jump in for a quick hunt or stay longer with your friends using the interdimensional portal tech that lets you drop in and out whenever you want.
There are free-for-alls or 10 v 10 battles. Also, there are some challenging events, like timed rifts and open-world activities. As you progress, you’ll get your hands on a variety of weapons, gadgets, and passive skills infused with Chaos Energy.
Now that mo.co is open for everyone to play, you can give it a try. Check it out on the Google Play Store.
