While OUYA happens to be the first Android-based gaming console to really see success so far even if it is just a successful Kickstarter campaign and developer support right now, there is a new kid on the block aiming to compete with OUYA called GameStick.

There is no guarantee that this will arrive on Android or anything like that but the developers of the popular Xbox Live indie game called Fez have revealed that the game will be making its way to multiple other platforms this year. A post by Polytron, the developers of Fez, they announce that they are working on bringing the game to multiple new platforms and that it was rather dumb of them to only release on Xbox Live.
While we sort of take it easy today in preparation for tonight’s New Years Eve celebration here in Las Vegas, we did stumble upon something rather neat that Square Enix recently slipped quietly onto the Google Play store and that is the official Chocobos Live Wallpaper.
Capcom has finally publicly released Street Fighter IV on Google Play for residents of Japan. However, this game has been available for folks who happened to own one of the LG HD phones that were released last year which came with this game exclusively for those devices. It now looks like everyone else will final get to play the game without having to use the cracked version from XDA.
So, the year of 2012 is about to wrap up and the Mayans were wrong about everything coming to an end which was nice of them to be wrong. Last week the OUYA developer units were sent out and the company decided to unbox one on video in order to give us all a bit of a quick rundown as to what these developer units look like and come with.
