Yotta Games has created a new crime-fighting sims called Police Chief. It has soft launched on Android in the US and Puerto Rico. A long-term survival in a crime ecosystem that never really stops evolving!

Want to be the Police Chief?

The game drops you into a city where gangs, drug cartels, and syndicates have taken hold, and citizens are living under constant threat. Instead of hitting the streets yourself, you start by building up a precinct from scratch.

You need to prove that even the most rundown station can evolve into a powerhouse of justice. Your journey as the newly appointed police chief begins small. You get a modest office space, a few prison cells, and basic interrogation rooms.

From there, every decision you make progresses your career. The way you design the precinct directly impacts efficiency, whether it’s handling stacks of paperwork, processing suspects, or preparing officers for the next big case.

The people you bring onto the team matter just as much as the bricks and mortar. Recruitment plays a major role, with opportunities to hire patrol officers and expand to elite operatives who can tackle the hardest missions. Weapons, vehicles, and tactical gear all need careful investment.

Brutal prisoners, cunning suspects

Managing the prison is another major aspect of being the Police Chief. Housing low-risk offenders and dealing with high-risk inmates in overcrowded cells is your daily life. Mishandling them could lead to chaos, as riots can spark from bad meals, cramped living spaces, or even a moment of weak surveillance.

Investigations are tricky, too. Suspects won’t crack the same way, so it’s up to you to decide whether intimidation or incentives will get the truth out. As the caseload grows, notorious criminals will start surfacing, pushing you to deploy SWAT-level squads to bring them down.

Police Chief is a challenging job. Balancing the budget, maintaining order, and keeping your officers and prisoners in check are all part of the challenge. If you’re ready for it, check the game out on the Google Play Store.
