It looks as though yesterday’s Greatest Hits free apps and games promo was only for one day and is now over. However, Amazon’s free app/game of the day continues to chug along and today’s freebie is actually a game from Sega called ChuChu Rocket. This game originally appeared back on the Dreamcast console system and was brought over to Android some time ago.
ChuChu Rocket comes with three different game modes to play in called Puzzle, Challenge and Battle with over 500 puzzles to work your way through. There also happens to be multiple levels of difficulty that you can set. You can chose to play either by yourself against the computer controlled AI or against other people in a 1-4 multiplayer game.
Basically your goal in this game is to help the ChuChus find their rocket in each stage. You’ll have to watch out for hazards and obstacles in the way including hungry cats who want to eat said ChuChus. It’s a lot like a cat and mouse game with the end or safe zone being the rocket.
