The curiously named REGZA T-01C is an exciting waterproof Android device that’s from an unexpected Japanese company that’s just jumped on-board with Google’s OS, Toshiba. It comes packed with a 1GHz Snapdragon chipset, a large 4 inch display, a 12.2-megapixel camera inside of a slim 12.2 mm thin casing.
