While we all knew that Tegra 4 devices were on the horizon, it seems as though Toshiba wanted to get their Tegra 4 tablets out before anyone else and have quietly had their new line-up of Android tablets make an appearance on both Amazon and Best Buy. Back in June the company did say that they would be releasing their new line-up, strange to see them actually hitting retail outlets on time.

Computex 2013 is well under way now and Toshiba has come out to announce that they will have two Tegra 4 powered Android tablets hitting the market next month called the Toshiba eXcite Pro and the Toshiba eXcite Write. When it comes to hardware, both tablets are pretty much identical to each other.
While we don’t talk about hardware here all the time, we do get to talk about it when it pertains to Android gaming in some fashion. With Nvidia’s Tegra 4 chipset on the horizon and soon to be invading our new Android devices, getting a peek at any device that will contain the new Tegra 4 chipset is always nice. Toshiba has had their upcoming Tegra 4 Android tablet leaked out along with a glimpse at Android 4.2.1.
Bigger really does mean better for the folks at Toshiba. The company recently announced a few new tablets that will be released starting in May. Toshiba will have the normal 7.7 and 10-inch Excite tablets, but it will also sell another tablet with a massive 13.3-inch screen on June 10 for $649.99 (32GB).
Fans of the Toshiba Android tablets possibly have some good news in store for them in regards to any sort of Tegra 3 quad-core device coming from the company. According to an article over at UberGizmo, Toshiba has been benchmark testing what appears to be a Tegra 3 tablet.

Best Buy seems to be getting into the Android tablet scene in a rather big way. Between the look, the nice back grip and just overall hardware, it is definitely a solid tablet.
