Indie developers Brain&Brain have released a new trailer for their upcoming title Burly Men at Sea. This particular folklore adventure is actually really interesting looking, mainly thanks to its rather unique storybook narrative style, both in terms of gameplay and its visuals.
Whenever a game gets released, be it on Android, iOS, or PC, are it gets extremely popular, there’s always going to be knock-offs, clones, and re-skinned versions of that game showing up not too far after its release. Most of the times developers who come out with these clones do a fairly good job of them, even though they are pretty much rip-offs usually. For fans of TellTale games, there’s a new offering that’s now available on Android. Dubbed as Mr. Robot:1.51exfiltratiOn, this game is based on the eponymous TV series. The format and layout of this game is based on a messaging client. The premise of the game is that players have apparently found a lost smartphone that was located at Coney Island that was belonging to Darlene, and she’s looking to retrieve her phone from you.
Loco Games Studio has released a new survival / gamebook hybrid called The Mars Files onto Google Play. This game is one of those more interactive style of gamebooks, even though a lot of the content is actually text-based. On top of that, you’ll need to worry about resources and other mechanics that you actually normally find in an RTS or similar types of games.
Guild of Dungeoneering was recently released onto Android by Versus Evil, with Gambrinous being the developers. Since the game’s release onto mobile, the developers have been working on bringing the first expansion, called Pirate’s Cove, to this version and it looks to be almost ready for release.
Fans of Steve Jackson’s Sorcery! series, of which there happens to be 3 of already, now have one more game to look forward to which will be the conclusion of the series unfortunately. Sorcery! 4 is on the way and will be landing on Android next month, and just like each new addition to the franchise, this one also has new features making their debut.
Devolver Digital has announced a new point-and-click adventure game, or as they call it a hugventure game, called Dropsy The Clown which will be arriving later this year on multiple platforms including Android. Dropsy is the master of warm and damp hugs, which sounds both comforting and odd at the same time.

This week’s round-up is about half and half when it comes to new games being on the list, and repeats from last week. Developed by Giant Squid Studios and published by 505 Games, ABZÛ is a new adventure game that allows players to explore the vast mysterious world deep within the ocean. Featuring some impressive underwater visuals and environments built using Unreal Engine 4, ABZÛ’s art was created by Matt Nava whose previous work includes critically acclaimed titles also celebrated for their art design like Flower and Journey.
