So far ZeptoLab is known for their puzzle games that they have released, the major one being the Cut The Rope franchise and to a lesser extent Pudding Monsters. However it looks like the company is branching out of the puzzle genre with their next game which is called King of Thieves.
The creator of indie horror phenomenon Five Night’s At Freddy’s has teased the first couple of images from the highly anticipated third (and possibly final) game in trilogy, appropriately named Five Night’s At Freddy’s 3.
Back by popular demand is our coverage of Amazon’s Free App/Game of the Day. We will be picking up where we left off by reporting when a good game shows up as free. Today is one of those days as Amazon has an award-winning 3D puzzler called Enigmo available for free today.
Way back in December 2012 we reported on a game called Castaway Paradise from Stolen Couch Games and that the game would be arriving onto Android in 2013. Well it is now 2015 and Castaway Paradise has finally seen the light as a global launch with the game appearing on Amazon’s Appstore earlier this month. In fact the release was so quiet that if it wasn’t for a tip we received this morning, we still wouldn’t have known that this game was even out.
Interesting news coming out of Spacetime Studios as the company has announced that they will no longer be updating a majority of their older titles, and even some of their newer ones. Instead the company will focus on a select few titles: Arcane Legends, Battle Command, and a new unannounced project. Everything else will no longer be receiving updates. This does not mean the rest of their games are shutting down.
Once again it is time for another installment into our Fun Fridays series and this week we have some pretty cool video game related things to check out like always. This week we have everything from a life-size Pac-Man game to a tiny Minecraft: Pocket Edition themed stylus and some cool things in between. Crescent Moon Games has begun showing off some of the first concept art for an upcoming game it looks like the company will be developing/publishing. Needless to say, there isn’t a whole lot of details about this upcoming game including a final and official name, although some suggestions have been tossed around.
If you haven’t finished the first episode of the Game Of Thrones series by TellTale Games, you might want to sit down and start working towards that goal. The reason for this is that Episode 2 has now got an official release date and it is not that far off. Also, if you think it will continue the story that is going on in the first episode, you are in for a bit of a surprise.
Word on the street these days is that Square Enix will be bringing Bravely Archive: D’s Report to Android next month although so far Japan is the only location that the game has been announced for. This will be the first Bravely game for smartphones and tablets, with previous title having been made available for the Nintendo 3DS.
The ridiculously addictive… and strange… Goat Simulator has received an update that brings quite a bit of new content to the game including a whole new city to cause havoc in. Say hello to your new stomping ground called Goat City Bay! This is certainly not the only addition to the game though.
