Fans of Phoenix Wright and the Ace Attorney series of games have some good news today. Capcom announced that there would be an Ace Attorney 5 game and while this is great news for fans of the series, the announcement came with even better news that the first three games in the series will be coming to Android.
Good news for all you Resident Evil fans out there, LG has brought Resident Evil 4 over to Android. Yes we do mean LG has brought it to Android, not Capcom. Now you can get all excited for a minute, go ahead, we will wait until you are done.
While currently exclusive to LG’s HD phones, specifically the LG Spectrum when it gets released January 19th, Capcom’s Street Fighter IV will be coming to the Android Market once the LG exclusivity on the Spectrum expires. So when can you expect to get this rather bad ass game?
It’s been awhile since we talked about Capcom’s signature fighting series Street Fighter and that it would be coming to Android, a few months at least. Well it’s starting to look like it is on it’s way and Capcom, partnering up with LG, are hosting a tournament to celebrate the launching of Street Fighter IV HD.
It looks as though Capcom’s Lost Planet 2 game could be heading our way for Tegra 3 Android devices. Included in all the stuff we got was a quote from Capcom who has apparently been testing the game on a quad-core Tegra 3 Android device. It looks like we could see this coming to Android very soon.
Capcom and LG have some great news for all your fighting game fans out there and that is Street Fighter IV is coming to Android. However, the news does come with a bit of a catch and that is it will be temporarily exclusive to LG’s upcoming HD Android phone later this year.
Remember not too long ago that Capcom released Smurfs’ Village on various platforms such as Facebook and iOS and that children were racking up the charges on their parents credit cards due to lack of a check before purchases went through? Well this is the same game.
It seems as though Snoopy and his friends will be making their way to smartphones and tablets soon thanks to Capcom’s new mobile game development studio Beeline. Capcom has signed an agreement with Peanuts Worldwide for rights to use Snoopy and friends in an upcoming social game title.
Once in awhile there is news that just gives mobile gaming a little bit more of a push into the limelight as a viable way of gaming. This is one such instance. Ex-Capcom producer, Keiji Inafune, at a recent joint press event announced his first game since leaving Capcom six months ago.
