Glu Mobile have pushed out updates to three of their games on Android, all of which contains new holiday content for players of each game to check out. Frontline Commando D-Day, Deer Hunter 2014 and Stardom Hollywood all have updates available with unique holiday goodies for each title.

If you follow this site on a regular basis then you know we’ve been apart of the beta testing going on since it launched recently. Reporting on the upcoming 0.8.0 update for Minecraft: Pocket Edition has been fun because there’s just so much coming with this update that even the official changelog on Google Play doesn’t mention it all. The update is now here for everyone who have been patiently waiting for it.

Since the beginning of the beta testing phase that Mojang started with Minecraft: Pocket Edition and the upcoming 0.8.0 update, there have been a slew of changes and tweaks made to the game between then and now. However the final build of the update has been finished and the 0.8.0 update has been submitted to Apple for approval. It has been stated officially that the Android release will launch at the same time as the iOS one does.
The Anchorman now has an official game on Google Play and while it isn’t the most in-depth game available to play it is entertaining to a degree. The official name of the game is Scotchy Scotch Toss and essentially you’ll be tossing ice cubes into Ron Burgundy’s Scotch glass. He’ll then reward you with some sort of humorous but helpful banter.
A rather unique game has landed onto Google Play called Never Alone Hotline. In this game you’ll be running your own phone hotline and will be receiving calls from random people, and yes sometimes even kittens, which you will need to respond to. How you respond to each call is up to you.
Tetris, Bejeweled and similar games have had either a blitz mode added to it or a whole new version of the game made around that theme in the past. Now there is a bubble busting blitz style game available on Google Play called Bubble Chrono Attack. You have 90 seconds to get as high of a score as you can.
Mojang has announced that the company has decided to open up the Minecraft: Pocket Edition beta program to everyone today. While this new beta program is open to everyone to join, it doesn’t mean that you’ll be immediately accepted into the program. If you do manage to get into the beta program, there are a few thing you’ll need to know.
While there already happens to be a plethora of endless runners available for mobile gamers to play regardless of what platform they happen to favor, there always seems to be more of them coming out. Same thing with TCG titles these past few months it seems. Today we have yet another endless runner that’s been released and this time it is based off of the Hunger Games franchise.

Gamistry has had a rather good following with one of their games on iOS called Gold Diggers. Well the company has finally decided that it is time for Android gamers to get in on the action and have brought their Gold Diggers game over to Android. Nothing says fun like drilling for as much gold as you can while dodging rather large worms trying to eat you.
