NimbleBit’s upcoming game Disco Zoo, made in partnership with Milkbag Games, is heading to iOS very soon but Android gamers won’t be left out in the dark with this game either. Disco Zoo is an interesting little sim game that is, from the looks of things, about as strange as it is entertaining.

Eutechnyx Limited, which just released the NASCAR Manager sim game on Android, will be bringing the Warhammer 40K franchise to Android this March. For those of you not familiar with this franchise, it is the futuristic version of Warhammer which is owned by Games Workshop and original was a tabletop strategy game before having a few games made for the video game industry.
Back in early December of last year we reported on Mediocre Games’ next title that they are working on called Smash Hit. Before now the company has focused pretty much solely on their physics-based puzzle games that they are quite good at making. Smash Hit is something a little more ‘outside the box’ for Mediocre Games.
Mojo Bones launched their game called The Curse back in 2012 which ended up becoming rather popular. Since then the company has released a few other games but were working on a sequel to The Curse behind the scenes. Well this sequel has now been officially announced, called The Voyage, and will be arriving onto Android sometime in April 2014.

Mobile World Congress 2014 is now underway and like always we can expect a ton of new Android phones and tablets to be announced during the event from just about every manufacturer that is out there. Qualcomm has announced a few new chips that they will be launching with one being an improved version of their 800 series while the other two announced chips are the new 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 610 and the new octa-core Snapdragon 615 chip.
Google has revealed what their next project is that they are working on and it is called Project Tango. Usually we don’t report on these kinds of things unless there is some sort of benefit to gaming on Android and with Project Tango there could be a pretty interesting benefit in some way to exactly that.
Right now we are currently waiting on a couple of MOBA games to get released and today Gameforge announced a new MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) game that will be heading to tablets in the near future called Sigils: Battle for Raios. So what can we expect from this MOBA when it lands?

Back in September of last year we reported on a new turn-based strategy war game called Sword of the Stars: Ground Pounders which had just arrived onto Google Play. The developers of this game have been working hard to bring it to PC and now it is available on Steam through there Early Access program. So why are we reporting on it? Because Kerberos Productions has announced that cross-platform gameplay with Android users, among other features, is on the way.
Mad Catz releases a video guide for anyone needing a little extra help rooting their MOJO console
Mad Catz has been a pretty big advocate when it comes to rooting their Android-powered game console called the MOJO. What rooting this console does is open the possibilities up a lot more all around with using the console. It also happens to make just about everything appearing in Google Play which includes games that may be limited by mobile device.
Way back in 2012 we reported on a game not related to pinball that Zen Studios was working called CastleStorm. Android users have been waiting awhile to get their hands on this non-pinball game from the pinball experts. Well Zen Studios has told us that the game is near an official release but for right now those of you interested in this game can try to jump into the beta program for CastleStorm on Android.
