Originally released over a decade ago, and having been recently re-released on iOS, Crimsonland has just made its debut onto the Android platform, thanks to the newest Humble Bundle. This game features top-down shooting action with a touch of RPG elements within a sci-fi setting.

Mobile games, and video games on all platforms for that matter, come in a wide range of sizes, shapes, looks, and themes. We’ve seen everything from a game about running your own cigarette company to flinging poop all over the place, anime dating sim games and everything in between. Devolver Digital has announced today that it will be bringing a fart-filled game to mobile soon called Gassy Mob, and it actually looks quite fun.
There is a new dual-stick arcade shooter heading our way next month from OTC Gaming called Defend Your Dojo. While this is a shooter, you won’t be using guns. Instead you will be using a variety of ninja stars instead, taking out different types of enemy ninja that happen to be coming at you.
Yesterday we reported on folks being able to preview some of the new cards that will be arriving with the Grand Tournament expansion by participating in this week’s Tavern Brawl. In that article we also stated that given previous history with Hearthstone and expansions, along with current internet rumors, that the official launch for this expansion is most likely going to happen on Monday. As it turns out, this is indeed true.
Doodleoo Games is a new indie game studio which was founded by a former triple-A game developer Mike Currington. Some of Mike’s past works include being Lead Gameplay Programmer on Red Dead Redemption, Midnight Club, GTA V as well as working on Conkers Bad Fur Day for Rare/Nintendo. So he has a bit of experience to say the least. Now he has jumped into the world of mobile game development and has released his first game called Party!Party!Party!.

Back during GDC 2015 we went hands-on with a really cool 3D side-scrolling action platformer called Trial By Viking that is planned for release onto numerous platforms including Android. We actually played this game at that time with an old school Nintendo controller. Back when we originally reported on this game, we didn’t have any sort of definitive release time frame or date as to when this game would land on Android, only that it would be coming soon. Today we get to change that as well as show the new trailer for Trial By Viking.
[UPDATE: Game Released] Bandai Namco and Hipster Whale team up for a new Pac-Man game called Pac-Man 256
Bandai Namco has decided to connect with Hipster Whale, the folks behind the rather successful game Crossy Road, to have them put their own style into the development a new Pac-Man game. This new game will be called Pac-Man 256 and it won’t be your typical dot eating game. Hipster Whale has put a pretty unique twist into the game’s tried and true formula it has been using for35 years now. Oh, for those that are not aware, Pac-Man has turned 35 today.
Skylanders, the game where physical action figures are used in conjunction with video games, has announced today that there is a new upcoming mobile addition to its franchise called Skylanders Battlecast. Like the rest of the franchise, this game is a hybrid of both physical as well as virtual components.
The original Ski Safari game has been out for awhile now and has done pretty well for itself, clocking in over 140 million downloads across all platforms in total. That means there should be a lot of happy gamers out there to hear that a sequel is coming to mobile devices next week.

PAX Prime 2015 is coming up rather quickly and it seem developers are eager to try out new things this year to bring attention to their games. We already have Telltale Games hosting a special ‘Crowd Play’ event at the show where up to 500 people can sit down with the developers and play through the new upcoming Episode 4: Escape Plan Bravo for Tales from the Borderlands.
