There is a pretty big release today for multiple platforms going by the name of The Aetherlight: Chronicles of the Resistance. This particular game is an online RPG that features a Steampunk themed world which is actually the setting for a retelling of a Biblical story. As a full RPG, players will have plenty of puzzles and quests to complete as they progress through the game’s story.

It seems like the Civil War storyline from the upcoming Captain America movie is making its way into more and more mobile games. A week and a half ago we reported on Marvel Puzzle Quest regarding that game getting the Civil War storyline as an event in-game, which is actually launching today. However Marvel Avengers Academy is also getting into the Civil War action now as well.

Marvel Puzzle Quest will be getting its own Civil War, all of which is inspired by the Captain America: Civil War movie and storyline. This will be an in-game event that will launch a day before the movie lands in theaters (May 6th, 2016) where players will be able to pick a side to be on, whether it is Team Iron Man or Team Captain America.
DeNA announces Monster Builder, a game about collecting monster and making them compete against other monsters
DeNA has announced a new game coming to Android soon called Monster Builder which, as the name suggests, is all about collecting and building up various monsters. This does fall into the collectible RPG genre we have sort of made up to classify these types of games. However, there’s a bit of a Pokemon theme to this one as well, with the whole collecting monsters part.
Uncharted is another major franchise to get its own mobile spin-off game called Uncharted: Fortune Hunter
Yesterday we reported on Battleborn getting a mobile spin-off game for Android devices called Battleborn Tap. Today we get to report on another major franchise getting a mobile spin-off, and this time it is for the Uncharted series. Published by Playstation Mobile, Uncharted: Fortune Hunter is thankfully not just a clicker/tapping spin-off game like what ended up happening with Battleborn.
The rather humorous game Please, Don’t Touch Anything will be getting a Virtual Reality version released later this month for the Oculus Rift and the Gear VR headsets. If you’re not familiar with Please, Don’t Touch Anything, this is a pretty unique and funny game where you are presented with a single red button in front of a monitor, along with a sign saying not to touch anything.

Survival games have grown in popularity over the past year or so, with titles like DayZ, Rust and so on for PC gamers to enjoy. Well there is a development studio called HooDoo Games (formally known as Cyclops Games) currently developing a similar style of survival game for Android devices. Up until the other day, this game didn’t even have a name. However it looks like they have settled in on called it Exile.
NimbleBit announced back on April 18th that they have been working on their first update for Tiny Tower in quite some time in order to celebrate the game’s 5-year anniversary. Not only will this be the first update in awhile for Tiny Tower, it will probably be one of the biggest its seen.
Gearbox Software and 2K Games recently launched the much-anticipated Battleborn, a hero-driven FPS/MOBA hybrid on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game has been praised for its fun heroes, unique mix of gameplay and fun aesthetic. While the FPS/MOBA gameplay won’t be making its way to the mobile realm anytime soon, the unique world of Battleborn will be, in the form of the new android game from 2K Games, Battleborn Tap.
