We spoke too soon regarding MMORPGs and at the rate things are going, soon we will be able to play World of Warcraft on your Android phone. Oh wait..we can! Thanks to a tip in our comments from our previous post about applications to help you on your WoW journey, we know it is being worked on by some brave souls.
Haven’t gotten your fill of MMORPGs on your Android Phone yet? Good because there isn’t many of them anyways but we can add at least one more to the list that will be making the journey to Android. Called “A Mystical Land”, developed by Mad Otter Games and publishers Neonga, this 3D MMORPG will be landing on pretty much every platform imaginable.
Another site has jumped on board with the spirit of giving this holiday season. T3 has an Advent Calender as well this year and there is a version specifically for Android where each day you can win a free game or application. We also have a tip for all our readers on how to know what day will have the prize(s) you want!
Yesterday we posted about Zenonia 3 already being available for Android devices in Korea. We shot a word over to Gamevil via Twitter asking if they could confirm that Zenonia 3 is indeed out and available. Sure enough we got that confirmation and we were also lucky enough to grab a copy of it! Check out the slew of screenshots from Zenonia 3.
The recently released game from Full Tilt Poker called Rush Poker has apparently been yanked off the Android Market. The game, which lets player play Full Tilt Rush Poker for real money on their Android devices, may have been the first casualty of the new rating system. The original reason was cited as being ‘maintenance’ although possible untrue.
Looks like someone was testing out the upcoming Android Playstation phone a little too publicly and someone managed to film it for a bit while the person with the phone played with it for a bit. However, we don’t get to see much of it aside from the screen which half the time is blurred by the camera guy not sitting still.
Yesterday we got tipped off by Dave who has been on Gameloft’s ass since their DRM mix up a few months back. He mentioned to us that a quick appearance of Let’s Golf 2 had shown itself on the Gameloft website in the Android section. When we went to check it out, it had disappeared. However, checking this morning, there it was!
As we mentioned last week, the Christmas version of Angry Birds was coming to Android. Well the wait is over and Angry Birds ‘Seasons’ has been released onto the Android Market. Why ‘Seasons’? Because aside from the 25 levels for Christmas, there are also 45 levels from the Halloween version we missed out on back in October.
It’s about time one of those crazy Japanese game shows came to Android. Thanks to SkyZone and Fremantlemedia teaming up, we now get to have a version of the “Human Tetris” game show, playable on our Android phones. Competing teams have to force themselves through oddly shaped holes that move towards them, at least in the show.
