The Darkside Detective is a rather cool looking mystery-filled point-and-click adventure game that will be making its way to Android soon. The idea for this game was originally conceived during one of the many game jams that happen every year.

Wadget Eye Games specializes in point-and-click mystery games that are designed with a retro look that’s heavily pixelated, great (albeit short) story telling, and live voice acting. I’ve played a few of their games, like the Blackwell legacy and The Shivah, so I was familiar with their style of gameplay. Happily, I found Gemini Rue to be the best one of theirs yet, that I’ve played.
Crossy Roads hasn’t been out that long for mobile gamers to enjoy. In fact the game has only been out since November 2014 on iOS, on Android since Christmas (on Amazon), and on Google Play since last week. Exiles: Far Colony is the latest game from Crescent Moon games, also made games that you might have played like Neon Shadow, Mines of Mars, and the Ravensword. Like Ravensword before it, Exiles is an open world Action/RPG, only its the SciFi counterpart to Ravensword’s fantasy theme. While the undertaking is ambitious and full of potential, the game falls short of what appears to be Crescent Moon’s intent.
The exciting world of Yak racing will soon be arriving onto Android devices in a new game called Yak Dash: Horns of Glory from developers going by the name of Mutant Labs. In this game players will be riding Yaks across different mountain ranges which are also made up of different terrains such as grassland, icy tundra, sandy desert, and volcanic.
Back in the beginning of December 2014 we reported on an official Son of Anarchy mobile game that would be heading our way in the earlier part of 2015. This game, which is officially titled Son of Anarchy: The Prospect, will be a team effort from developers Silverback Games and Orpheus, both of which are located in Canada, as well as Kurt Sutter and the rest of the team behind the TV show.
The physics-based puzzle game Polarity has gotten a sequel released on the Ouya console called Polaroty: Partners in Crime. As the title suggests, this new sequel has a multiplayer theme to it, offering up both co-op and competitive split screen multiplay for gamers to partake in.
