Over the past few days several of glu’s games have gotten updates that provide “gameplay improvements” but upon further investigation the games only added more ads then before experienced in the games.

Glu games has made an engine (or adopted one) and stuck with it. Gun Bros, Eternity Warriors and Star Blitz may have different names, but do they differ in gameplay, in aesthetics and are they all worth your time? Basically, what’s your niche: space, big guns or big swords?
Glu has just released a new action 3D game onto the Android Market called Eternity Warriors. This is a new hack n’ slash game from Glu mobile who seems to be really boosting their quality and games on Android as of late. This is another example of exactly that.
Glu Mobile has quietly release another game onto the Android Market called Star Blitz. Anyone who has played Gun Bros. will see a lot of familiar mechanics from that game in Star Blitz. In fact it is essentially Gun Bros with space ships for the most part.
We are not sure just yet if this gun is available in the Android version of Gun Bros or not just yet at the price it is now being listed at. The Kraken, which was originally listed at 1400 warbucks, the in-game currency, is now listed at 3499 warbucks. This means you would have to spend $500 to unlock it.
PAX Prime is coming up and the crew behind the gaming event have created a new 2-day event just before the start of PAX Prime called PAX Dev. The PAX Dev event will be for indie game developers only that will features workshops focused on design mechanics with some great speakers like our friends from Trendy Entertainment.
Amazon’s App Store for Android has a heck of a deal today for anyone who has wanted to get their hands on Guitar Hero 5 from Glu Mobile. The game is now available for free off the Amazon App Store for those of you who can access it. Plenty of tunes to listen to as well.
Glu Mobile has finally released the mobile version of DJ Hero onto the Android platform. The gameplay is fairly similar to the actual Wii version, with some slight adjustments for mobile devices and you do get 13 full length tracks right off the jump when you buy the game.
