Only a couple of weeks ago, at the most, we saw OpenFeint release a flurry of games onto the Android Market as well as their OpenFeint Spotlight App. Promising up to 20 games to be released within a months time their first wave of games came out strong with titles like Fruit Ninja and MiniSquadron and today the second wave begins.
Today has been a day of behind the scenes type of work and while taking a break from said work I saw Glu mobile tweet that they had released Transformers G1! Two seconds later I was tipped off by Khuram_Moose on twitter about this as well and it comes at perfect timing as I just got a fresh Droid 2 to test and review!
There are a few developers who like to do sales on their games for whatever special holiday or reason they want, Chillingo often does it with their iPhone/iPad games as does Gamevil and occasionally even Gameloft. Glu also does it as well and they plan on doing it again for this upcoming July 4th holiday with a bunch of their games going on sale for only $0.99USD.
Glu Mobile just announced that they will be putting most of their games on sale for $0.99 for the entire Memorial Day Weekend. This is obviously not a huge post but it’s one definitely worth taking note of especially if you have been planning to purchase one of their games but haven’t just yet, this weekend would be the perfect time.
Here are some tips and tricks straight from Glu’s website that should help you out in case you need a bit of a boost when playing Super KO Boxing! 2. Remember though, this game is an 86MB download at run time to your SD Card, so be patient!
Glu Mobile, who has produced some really great games for Android since it’s beginning, has released Super KO Boxing! 2 onto the Android market. This game features some great graphics, signature moves, and different gameplay modes and comes in two flavors: Paid or Free. The Free version, however, is actually the full game just ad supported!
