HTC has shipped out two developer kits for their upcoming Vive VR headset that they have been developing since last year with Valve. Well it looks like consumers will finally be able to get their hands on their own headset soon as both companies have revealed the Consumer Edition of the HTC Vive. On top of that, pre-orders will be going live in just over 6 days.

Google initially released their Cardboard VR headset as an example of Virtual Reality and Android working together. Now reports are coming out that the company is working on a new VR headset that will actually take the form of a true VR headset, instead of a piece of folded cardboard.
Well things with HTC have gotten a bit more interesting as of today regarding their consideration about opening a spin-off company for their Virtual Reality products. The statement released by HTC is pretty short and to the point, pointing out a few things while stating that the reports coming out of Taiwan were incorrect.
One of the more anticipated Virtual Reality headsets heading our way is the HTC Vive. Following the example that Oculus Rift has done, HTC has announced when pre-orders will be going live, but haven’t announced what the price will be for said pre-orders.

G2A.com is a website that mainly deals with getting PC games for a lot less than retail cost. They haven’t done much else than that aside from offering a few smaller services. So it is interesting to see the company announcing a Virtual Reality game for the Oculus Rift which will be coming in the form of an amusement park.
