You may not remember an article we wrote, back near the beginning of December, about HTC being sued by Apple which could result in HTC Android devices being banned here in the USA. Well it seems that Apple has actually won that suit and HTC could now be facing that possible ban starting next year.

Well here is some interesting and somewhat troubling news that was just pointed out to us. According to Fortune CNN, HTC could be facing a possible import ban here in the U.S. depending on the outcome of an appeal over two patent that Apple is going after HTC for.
Over the past 24 hours or so there have been plenty of rumors floating around about upcoming Tegra 3 quad-core tablets that could be heading our way. While the Asus Transformer Prime is official, Lenovo recently got some news time with their apparent Tegra 3 tablet that is coming. Now HTC and Acer are joining the party.
Rumor is going around about the just leaked HTC Edge Android phone which will apparently have a quad-core Tegra 3 chip stuffed inside of it. Originally the Asus Padfone was rumored to be the first quad-core Android phone but now new information is pointing to that device being stuffed with the Snapdragon S4 chip instead.

We already know that OnLive’s game streaming service is heading to Android devices soon thanks to their new Universal Controller. Hell we’ve already planned with it on a Motorola XOOM back during E3 2011. Well there is a rumor floating around GamesCom that the first device to get it is the HTC EVO 4G.
HTC has their hands in OnLive after a fairly big investment awhile back. Coming embedded on new HTC devices, OnLives service will be available right out of the box. Their application, OnLive Viewer, has been ripped from the HTC Flyer and the folks at XDA have it available for use on most devices.
HTC announced their upcoming Android tablet, the HTC Flyer, at MWC today and it was sporting some pretty decent specs while others left you wondering “why?”. The HTC Flyer is also their first Android device sporting the OnLive cloud gaming service which is no surprise after their $40 million invest into the company.
