A few weeks ago during Gamescom 2013 we talked about a new TCG that would be making its way to Android soon that features the Star Wars universe. Well this new TCG, called Star Wars: Force Collection, has now officially launched onto Google Play for all to download.
Today we have word of another Steam game that will most likely be making its way to mobile devices as well. Door Kickers by KillHouse Games is currently available in a limited access edition on Steam while the team continues to work on the game. This particular game is an RTS title with 2D visuals and gameplay similar to that of Frozen Synapse.
The other day Mojang rolled out the 0.7.4 update for Minecraft: Pocket Edition for both iOS and Android users. Today we see another quick update pushed out onto Google Play with version 0.7.5. as well. There isn’t a whole lot of news regarding this update as it is mostly just a bug fixing update, squashing a bunch of additional bugs in the game.
Well it has been almost 3 months since the newest Japanese farming Kairosoft game was spotted in the Play Store and still no English version has come forward. However, a new game has been spotted on Kairosofts site so we know they have been busy working away on something. The latest game looks to be another management sim and this one looks like it is based on running a Social Network Gaming Company.
Zen Studios has decided to put up a sale starting yesterday that offers up Star Wars Pinball fans plenty of content to download with their new sale which has all the Star Wars tables in Star Wars Pinball on sale for 50% off their regular price.
Back in April of this year we talked about a rather cool looking old school style arcade beat-em-up game called NES-Retku. The storyline to this game is a bit crazy and doesn’t follow the usual stroylines for these types of games where you’re usually rescuing your girlfriend who has been kidnapped or seeking revenge for whatever wrong has happened to you.
A quick update for Minecraft: Pocket Edition has arrived onto Android. This update, version 0.7.4., brings with it the ability to ignite Creepers by using flint and steel. Of course this can be a bit dangerous to do but the result and be pretty entertaining as well. However this is a minor feature for this update.
It’s that time again to round-up all the Android games that are on sale right now. This week is an interesting one since Amazon’s AppStore in Europe is celebrating their first year being open ad are offering up ten free games and apps instead of the usual one. Even though this is to celebrate the European store, other countries like Canada, US and so on can also access this and take advantage of the freebies.
There are a few rules in life that everyone should be following. This includes things like not running with knives and scissors. Apparently you aren’t support to run with a plasma sword as well. Who knew? However the game Don’t Run With a Plasma Sword will be making the leap from iOS to Android in the very near future.
Developed by the 2-man studio called SaMax Entertainment, Happy Hamster has arrived onto Google Play sporting some pretty unique features for an arcade running platformer. While there is one mode that is an endless running game at its core, Happy Hamster also has a career mode as well.
