Released by Progmatic, Boulders is a casual game based around the idea of treasure hunting. In Boulders, players will be assuming the role of Fred, who has embarked on an underground expedition, with the hopes of striking it rich by finding buried treasure. Fred is controlled by swiping, moving one space in any of the four directions, and clears dirt as he goes.
Released by MIVA Games GmbH, Bondo is a new puzzler for the Android platform. Players are looking to get as high a score as they can, on a six by six grid. The game is surprisingly simple to grasp. The board begins blank, and players are fed a pair of numbers (0-6) at the bottom of the screen, in the shapes of squares.
An indie developer going by the name of shabadage, at least going by that name here in the DroidGamers community, has released a preview of their upcoming game called Demon Castle. If you’ve been around playing games since the early console days, you’ll immediately see influence from another franchise showing up in this game, that being the Castlevania series.

Released by Gangfort, this particular game of the same name is a 2D team-based multiplayer shooter. Seeming to draw its inspiration from the likes of Team Fortress 2, with Gangfort actually having a lot of the same features as TF2, but implementing them differently. With that said, this game uses the ever popular retro-pixel look and is played exclusively in 2D.

[Update: Soft Launched] Help Eddie piece his soul back together in the upcoming Iron Maiden RPG called Legacy of the Beast
Set to release this Summer, Legacy of the Beast will be a new free-to-play RPG for fans of the old school heavy metal band Iron Maiden. The band has apparently teamed up with Roadhouse Interactive (Warhammer 40K: Carnage) and 50cc Games, for the creation of this game. In Legacy of the Beast, players will assume the role of the band’s mascot Eddie, and is considered to be a follow-up to Ed Hunter from back in 1999, which was a greatest hits/video game.
