AT&T has changed up their pricing for their Xperia Play 4G package deal. If you happen to be in the market for an Xperia Play, this new deal which is with a new 2-year contract will net you an Xperia Play 4G device along with your choice of plan and smartphone service.

Up until now the Playstation Suite SDK has been in a closed beta but as of today it is now being opened up to more developers and the status is being changed to an open beta. The Playstation Suite SDK is a set of tools developers can use to create games for Playstation Certified devices whether it be the PS Vita or the Sony Tablet S and everything in between.
Good news for those of you out there that own a Playstation Certified Android device and would much rather have some original games instead of the porting of Playstation 1 games. Sony has confirmed at the Mobile World Congress, which is going on right now, that original content will be coming to the Playstation Suite soon.
The fine folks over at XDA have a little treat today for those of you who own an Xperia X10 but want to be able to have the Xperia Play’s Playstation’s certification and suite on your phone so you can play those Playstation games. It is now possible to port it over to your X10.
Well here is something right out of left field this morning. Apparently HTC will be working on Playstation certified Android devices this year, at least according to sources that has confirmed this in a report by Pocket-Lint. Even though it is ‘confirmed’ by sources, we are throwing the rumor tag on this one.
Apparently Sony is considering bringing their Playstation Suite to other non-Sony and Sony Ericsson devices according to reports surfacing. SCE chairman Kaz Hirai mentioned yesterday that third-party Android devices could soon see the Playstation Suite available to them.
So far the games being offered on the Playstation Suite for Android have been pretty much of average quality with the odd gem in there. Well there are two new titles available on the Playstation Suite, both of which are sports games called Everybody’s Golf 2 and Jet Rider.
Tegra Zone, which is nVidia’s marketplace to buy/download Tegra 2 optimized games for your Android devices that have a Tegra 2 inside them, seems to be the source of an interesting bit of information. While we had planned to post this yesterday, we were waiting to find out some other information regarding this first.
Sony dropped a major announcement today regarding all things Android. The Playstation Suite will be a framework, not just for the Xperia Play, but for future and current Android devices as well as cross-platform integration down the road. This will also be an official store where you will be able to get Playstation games.
