PAX Prime is coming up and the crew behind the gaming event have created a new 2-day event just before the start of PAX Prime called PAX Dev. The PAX Dev event will be for indie game developers only that will features workshops focused on design mechanics with some great speakers like our friends from Trendy Entertainment.
Got BALLS? If not then you’ll be happy to know that once you download Puppy Punch Production’s upcoming game when it is released, you will have some BALLS. Puppy Punch Productions is the casual spin-off company from Trendy Entertainment that will be making more casual games for mobile.
If the name of their new studios, Puppy Punch, doesn’t get you giggling even a little bit then perhaps the title of their first game that is entering closed beta testing will do the trick. Called ‘A Game with Balls’ or AGWB for short, this will be their first release and will land on multiple platforms including Android.
Last week we reported on an upcoming update for Dungeon Defenders: First Wave that was labeled as v3.0. Trendy Entertainment was waiting on the App Store to approve the update before rolling it out to Android at the same time. Unfortunately, that didn’t pan out but the good news is, we’re getting two updates in one.
Trendy Entertainment has been hard at work since the release of Android’s first Unreal Engine developed game, Dungeon Defenders: First Wave. The game is a mesh between Action, RPG and Tower Defense gaming genres and offers up a load of eye candy with some great gameplay, both online and offline, thanks to Unreal Engine 3.

Yesterday we posted a rather large article about Dungeon Defenders which is being built using the Unreal Engine and is making its way to Android in the near future. Alright well maybe not drooling on yourself but there are plenty of reasons why Android gamers should be excited about Dungeon Defenders, Unreal Engine support for Android and the future. Dungeon Defenders, developed by Trendy Entertainment, is based off the Unreal Engine which we all know is coming to both iOS and Android.
