Skullgirls originally came to life as a 2D head-to-head brawler by Revenge Labs. It is actually quite the popular game and now a new company has picked up the franchise in order to bring a mobile port to life. Not only does it appear that this is close to being ready for launch, but interested Android gamers have a chance to partake in the closed beta as sign-ups are now live.

Albion Online is a cross-platform sandbox MMORPG being developed by Sandbox Interactive and features true cross-platform gameplay. Snail Games has a new MMO in the works which is apparently nearing its release time as pre-registrations are now live. This particular game is another fantasy themed RPG title with a martial arts and Chinese mythology flare to it. Players will be entering a world that is in the midst of war with two nations fighting it out.
For those of you who are a fan of Lil BUB, you may be happy to know that the famous cat will be getting his own mobile game soon. In fact there is already a playable demo available on Google Play. However, the developers behind the game are up on Kickstarter now to get additional funding to complete the game.
Raysol Games have announced that their newest game, called DungeonBalls, will be landing on Android tomorrow. This particular game is a rather interesting hybrid, mixing dungeon crawling with puzzle solving, all using pinball style of gameplay with your heroes turning into the pinball balls.

Last week we reported on the soft launch for Final Fantasy Brave Exvius which is currently only available in a couple of selection regions, mainly Japan. However Square Enix and gumi inc have announced that the global launch for this game will be happening this year and actually in the pretty near future.
Today Plarium announced a partnership with Skydance Media for the rights to develop a new Terminator mobile game that will land sometime early next year. This new Terminator themed game will actually come in the form of an MMO-strategy game.
Fans of animated comedies such as American Dad!, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, Futurama, and King of the Hill are in for a new treat, coming later this year. Dubbed Animation Throwdown: The Quest for Cards, this is an upcoming card game that uses characters from those shows in a multiplayer format.
