Nvidia has announced this morning that when Nvidia’s Shield, their Android-powered handheld gaming device, launches that there will be more than 25 games tuned up for Tegra 4 devices. By tuned up we means enhanced with higher end graphics and controls for Nvidia’s Shield as well as other Tegra 4 devices.

However SkyVu Entertainment is gearing up to release a new online multiplayer shooter called Battle Bears Gold which will feature cross-platform multiplayer gaming for PC, smartphones and tablets.

A small indie studio out of Sweden called Glowingpine Studios is gearing up to release a neat little retro style physics-based puzzle game called Little Luca onto Android soon. Two rather big franchises are heading to mobile soon thanks to a new partnership deal between Hasbro and DeNA. Both G.I. Joe and Dungeons & Dragons will be making their way to Android and iOS later this year and will naturally be free-to-play games since they will be published by DeNA using their Mobage social gaming platform.
Mediocre Games have been teasing on and off regarding a sequel to their rather popular water-based physics game Sprinkle. Up until now the sequel has simply been known as Sprinkle 2 and from early game screenshots we got to learn about a few new game mechanics that would be introduced into this game such as having to get from island to island to save your friends.
