Gameloft recently announced that they are releasing an Action/Adventure type of game called Backstab which would be exclusive to the Xperia Play for around one month. After that month it would head to other supported Android devices. The game looks pretty entertaining to say the least and should well with the Xperia Play controls.
Thankfully someone over at CNet Asia decided to compile a list of games currently optimized for the Xperia Play. Obviously over the course of the next little while this list will become much larger as it seems it is fairly easy for developers to add controls for the Xperia Play to their games. So, if you’re curious, check out the list after the break.
Big news out of left field from Gameloft regarding the much awaited sequel to their great 3D FPS (First-person shooter) game N.O.V.A.! So it isn’t overly new news when it comes to Gameloft and the fact they will be having 10 of their games ready and optimized for the Xperia Play when it launches. However, the good folks at Gameloft did decide to make a nice little video showcasing all ten games. While none of the games are new, they look easier to play.
Alright so yesterday we posted about the awesome dancing Android robot celebrating the Xperia Arc in some random mall somewhere in the world. While he got down to business busting moves all over the place, the music for a lot of people was unfitting it seems. So what does society do in this case? Make a remix.
The dancing Android robot has become a staple at events these days… or random malls. We’ve seen it everywhere from the MiKandi video to pretty much anywhere you pay some person to dress up in an Android costume and dance. However this little guy has decided to spring up in some mall with techno music.
More exclusive games coming to the Xperia Play, this time from Gameloft with a game called Backstab
This is going to end up being a headline for awhile when it comes to the Xperia Play regarding new games being released from developers which will be exclusively for the Xperia Play. This time from Gameloft who announced on Twitter a new game called Backstab which is slated for release sometime in Q2 2011 and will be exclusive for 1 month.
[Updated] Sony Ericsson releases 3 new promo videos for the Xperia Play, includes satanic message when played backwards
Alright well maybe it isn’t a ‘satanic’ message when one of the videos is played backwards but it is pretty freaky nonetheless. Sony Ericsson, however, is continuing with the tradition they have created with releasing more slightly disturbing promo videos for the Xperia Play. Of course this makes us happy and we hope they see TV time.
