More information is slowly coming to light regarding Minecraft and the Xperia Play. The creator of Minecraft, Mark Persson, sat down and talked to IGN about the future of Minecraft and during the conversation he narrowed down the release time for the Xperia Play version to this fall.

This video doesn’t really fall under our usual WTF category that we do sometimes and seemed more suitable for our Awesomeness category instead. Either way this is pretty cool and creative. A couple of people decided to create a video and some Angry Birds art using nothing but duct tape… a lot of duct tape.
Owners of Android devices with 3D capabilities have a few more games available that take advantage of that nifty little feature. Gameloft has started rolling out their 3D titles it seems and already, as of the time of this writing, there are 6 available for you to play in 3D.
With Star Legends about half way through it’s limited beta that is currently under way, lots of fixes and updates have been rolling out at a steady pace. A new update has just hit Star Legends though that brings plenty of fixes, changes and improvements to the game.
While it won’t be an FPS (first-person shooter) game like it’s big brother, the Serious Sam franchise will be making it’s way onto Android (and iOS) this month in the form of a running platformer. In fact you won’t even be playing as Sam but instead as Sam’s rival, Headless Kamikaze, instead.
Herocraft has been around a long time making and publishing mobile games with plenty of hits under their belt already. Generally most of their games are pixel art graphics with unique gameplay although they have dabbled in 3D a little bit. Protoxide: Death Race shows us that Herocraft is stepping up their game.
