A game that a lot of people have been waiting for is now available, at least to some degree, for Android gamers to get. EA’s Dead Space is now available for purchase and download but you will have to be able to have access to their Flexion store in order to get it.

So far with every conference that has happened since the Xperia Play got released has seem Sony Ericsson, along the their Xperia Play, at those conferences showcasing upcoming titles that will be destined for the Xperia Play in the future. GamesCom 2011 is no exception to that rule.
A new game that was recently released onto the iOS platform called Demolition Dash will also be making it’s way to Android in the very near future. Developed by Chimera Entertainment, this game will let you cause as much mayhem as you can in major cities and then reward you for it.
Following the success of their previous titles in the ‘Story’ series of games, Team Lava has released another addition to the line-up in the form of Empire Story. Instead of running your own zoo or restaurant, you will be running your own Empire which you will get to build from the ground up.
Remember last week we told you about a dance-off that would be happening today at GamesCom between the Android Robot and the PopCap zombie? Well the dance-off happened and while normally something like this would fit right into our ‘Awesomeness’ series, it ended up fitting into the ‘Humor’ series instead.
A new game is heading our way from Infinite Dreams called Shoot the Birds. Perhaps this is our chance to take out some revenge on birds as they have plenty of games out making them the heroes such as Angry Birds or Ruffled: Feathers Rising.
Amazon’s App Store for Android has another free game available today for those of you who have access to the App Store called Overkill. Developed by Creative Mobile OU, Overkill is a flash back to the arcade days where lots of games were side-scrolling space shooters.
If you are looking for a fun casual game to play when you have 10 or so minutes to kill or perhaps something to play with your kids, Namco has just released a neat little casual game called Toss the Ball. Set around similar games found at carnivals, Toss the Ball should give you what you need to kill a few minutes here and there.
Fans of Bejeweled or Tetris style games will have a new title to check out soon from developers Tiny Bite Games. Called Gem Spinner II: Water Quest, this game blends both gaming genres into one title and then wraps it all up in an adventure theme similar to that of Indiana Jones.
