It looks as though Capcom’s Lost Planet 2 game could be heading our way for Tegra 3 Android devices. Included in all the stuff we got was a quote from Capcom who has apparently been testing the game on a quad-core Tegra 3 Android device. It looks like we could see this coming to Android very soon.
Here is the quote from Capcom about Lost Planet 2 running on a Tegra 3 Android tablet:

Lost Planet 2 by Capcom is an interesting third-person shooter that takes place on a planet called Eden II. To sum up what the game is about, essentially your task is to kill everything that is hostile on Eden II using a variety of weapons. All this is wrapped up in some slick 3D eye candy as well. Did we mention there are also vehicles and mechs that you can use along with big guns to help kill everything?
Currently Lost Planet 2 is available for PC, XBOX 360 and PS3 so the idea of it coming to Android is a very nice thought and hopefully it just wasn’t Capcom testing the game and that’s it. Although from the sounds of it, it was a fairly complete version of the game. No word yet on if multiplayer will be included in this but let’s hope it does.
