Another game that hit the Android Market yesterday is a head-to-head battle type of game called Caps from Avantis Games Studios. This game has you battling it out with your opponent, both AI and other people, in order to rule the world of whatever tablet top you happen to be playing on.
There is a neat little game out right now called Dino Picker by VoiceGate Technologies. It is a rather simple game at its core but can end up getting pretty challenging as you progress through it. It also has some great 3D graphics that almost have a claymation feel to them.
Well this certainly didn’t take long. We have actually known for awhile Valve was considering (read developing) and app for Android and after the recent one we posted about the unofficial Steam app for Android from IBF Programs, Valve has released an official application now.
Way back in November we wrote about Gamelion’s upcoming title for Android called Monster Shooter. Since then the team over there have been working on bringing it to Android now that the iOS version is out. The good folks over at Gamelion shot us a preview build to test out and show you.
One of my favorite board games as a kids was Monopoly. I never seemed to win a lot but I liked playing. I still have it at the house, which my kids now play. Back in the beginning of January we wrote about the fact that Microsoft looks to be developing an Xbox Live companion app for Android. This came about thanks to a job posting looking for a software engineer with Android and iOS experience for an Xbox Live mobile application.

We mentioned at the beginning of this month that the Rift MMORPG from Trion Worlds would be getting a companion app which would land on both iOS and Android soon. For those of you who play the MMORPG, this was good news and now there is even more good news as the app is now available on the Android Market.
Spacetime Studios has officially announced the third installment into the ‘Legends’ series of MMORPGs called Dark Legends. As we mentioned in our previous article about Dark Legends, this will be a vampire themed MMORPG but today we have plenty more information to share.
