Recently acquired by GREE for $210 million dollars, game developers Funzio have brought their hit free-to-play crime game called Crime City over to the Amazon App Store. Crime City is basically why Funzio got acquired by GREE in the first place.

Gamevil today released their Punch-out style game onto iOS called Punch Hero. Since they decided to release it today on iOS, we decided to toss them an email to see when the Android version would be arriving. nVidia celebrates Tegra Zone’s first birthday, gives away seven Asus Transformer Pad gaming packages
nVidia’s Tegra Zone is having its first birthday and to celebrate nVidia is giving away seven Asus Transformer Pad packages over the next few weeks (starting this week). Let me start by saying that these Asus Transformer Pad packages are pretty bad-ass but, of course, you want to know how to enter to win right?
While we all wait for Sega’s upcoming cross-platform MMORPG called Phantasy Star Online 2 to be released, we can at least see some closed beta footage of the game. Currently Phantasy Star Online 2 is slated for release on the PC, Android and iOS sometime this Summer with the PS Vita getting the game at a later date.
Our friends over at Noodlecake Studios got in touch with us to let us know that their ‘Game-a-Week’ project begins today. To celebrate the launching of this rather ambitious project, Noodlecake Studios have released their first title onto Google Play called Lunar Racer.
Pocket Gems are a game development team that originally started making iOS games and since their beginning have acquired quite the following. Recently they also started releasing their games onto Android as well. Today marks their first Android exclusive game release, according to VentureBeat, with a title called Tap Dragon Park.
So a new rumor is rolling around out there that Google is currently developing a Game Center style application and service for Android. While this is a ‘new’ rumor, back in June of 2011 we actually predicted that this would happen eventually anyways.
Back near the end of April 2012 we posted an exclusive hands-on of The Binary Mill’s upcoming racing game called Mini Motor Racing. This game features a top-down perspective similar to other mini-car racing games like Reckless Racing and some very slick visuals and customization.
