Broken Sword Director’s Cut Review: An oldie but a goodie

I had a Commodore 64 when I was a kid but didn’t get another PC until I was an adult in ‘99. I know for a fact that I missed a lot of great games in the gap between the two. There were games that covered all sorts of genres and play-styles and I missed the chance to play most of them. Luckily, mobile publishers have taken it upon themselves to reissue certain wonderful older titles that I would have never had the chance to play. One of the latest titles I came across in the Play Store is Broken Sword: The Director’s Cut. I do not remember anything about this title, but it did come out in ‘96 during my great computer-less period.

To access all of the features though, you had to subscribe to the service which ran $2.99 per month. It was an optional subscription you could sign-up for if you felt like you would use all of the features the app and service had to offer instead of what came with just using it for free.

Monday Morning Humor: Molyneux’s Curiosity gets a new name, next game announced

We have talked about Peter Molyneux’s upcoming virtual piñata game coming in September a few times already, mostly because of the humor we find behind the entire thing. As we reported last week, the game was delayed from its August 22nd release date to sometime in September due to NASA having an issue with the game’s name being Curiosity. Well Mr. Molyneux has come up with a new name, not very original, but still somewhat new.
